The compressive strength of different types of desiccated sludge briquette is obviously different with the addition proportion,The product is generally used in mining, sewage sludge, medical sludge treatment.Mainly due to the different composition of sludge itself will also cause the difference in its cohesiveness, generally expressed in water content, inorganic matter and the different unit points contained.

Mixing equipment is widely used in food engineering, chemical engineering, biological engineering and other industries. They have an important impact on the process effect and product quality. Along with the gradually perfect and mature production technology, the technological parameters of mixing equipment, structure and stability, especially in the process operating conditions under the condition of same capacity only different, this kind of device is often just the difference of shape size, volume, power, size, number of assembly structure of the equipment, spare parts and types are basically the same. This provides necessary conditions for the standardization, standardization and modular design of mixing equipment. This paper briefly introduces the development of 3d parametric CAD system for mixing equipment.

Manganese powder ore generally refers to fine-grained concentrates obtained by beneficiation, and fine-grained materials containing manganese such as soot and ash obtained from smelting manganese ferroalloys in blast furnaces and electric furnaces. The briquette method is one of the manganese powder ore agglomeration methods.

As the main raw material for direct reduction of rotary hearth furnace, the cold consolidated carbon briqued coal needs to go through transportation, distribution, reduction, discharge and other processes in the production process of rotary hearth furnace, so its performance in all aspects affects the smooth production and efficiency of rotary hearth furnace. In this paper, syrup was used as binder, vanadium titanium magnetite and pulverized coal were used as raw materials to study the influence of different binder ratio, forming pressure and water content on the cold consolidation performance of carbon pellet.
