1. Roller mill
The roller mill is mainly used for fine grinding of raw materials, which can improve the specific surface area and balling performance of the raw materials. The raw materials after roller grinding are transported to the powerful mixer through a belt conveyor.

2. Intensive mixer
The intensive mixer mainly mixes the finely ground ingredients thoroughly, and the mixed materials enter the pelletizing chamber.

3. Disc pelletizing machine
The inclination angle and rotation speed of the pelletizing disc can be adjusted within a certain range to meet the process conditions of different raw materials and ensure a higher pelletizing rate and better green pellet quality. The green balls produced by the pelletizing machine are sent to the grate machine through the belt conveyor.

4. Chain grate
The chain grate is mainly used for screening, distributing, drying and preheating the green pellets so that the pellets can reach a certain strength to meet the roasting requirements of the rotary kiln. In front of the chain grate, there are processes for screening and distributing green balls. The pellets that have been screened and distributed are dried and preheated on the Chain grate.

5. Rotary kiln
The rotary kiln mainly completes the roasting and consolidation of oxidized pellets. The preheated pellets enter the rotary kiln. As the kiln body rotates, the pellets continue to roll and fully contact with the high-temperature hot air flow to achieve uniform roasting and consolidation.

6. Blower ring cooler
The temperature of the oxidized pellets taken from the rotary kiln is about 1100℃-1200℃, and is placed on the cooling table of the blast ring cooler. The high-temperature pellets are fully cooled by the cold air blown into the ring cooler. A small amount The magnetite that has not been fully oxidized in the kiln is further oxidized, so that the FeO content in the pellets will be less than 1%.
